Four Kornerz
The name 'Four Kornerz' has become a talking point across different music genres in the UK. Based in south London, the core-band is made up of four sibling brothers - Deji (25), TJ (23), Vidal (21) and Daniel (19) who started out as musicians and quickly combined that with their natural singing gift. That fusion of stunning vocals and talented musicianship comes across in their energetic and exhilarating stage presentations.
It's their varied repertoire of musical influences that enables them to appeal to a wide cross-section audience. Sounds embraced by the band include Soul, Jazz, Funk, Rock, R&B and traditional Nigerian rhythms from their homeland.
The music industry is behind the band also having won Best Group Newcomer at the Gospel Entertainment Music Awards (2004) and nominated for Best Gospel Act at the Urban Music Awards (2005). They have appeared on MTV Europe's Base Lounge and TRL plus winning ITV London's Battle of the Bands to perform at the 2005 02 Music Wireless Festival where bands like New Order, Basement Jaxx and Kasabian also took part.
With a passion and fresh energy, their electric Soul sound has been wowing audiences all over the UK and Europe.
